The 3rd annual Mullet Contest at the Lewis County Fair will be a blast for all ages!

Saturday July 20th @ 3:00 pm @ the LeRoy Nichols 4H Youth Building

I hereby grant the Lewis County Fair and co-sponsors the unconditional right to use the name, voice, and photo graphic likeness of the above said person, in connection with any article, press releases and/or audio/video productions.
